Born in Louisiana and raised in California, turboTdouble aka Turbo, has been attracting serious attention for creating a niche genre of hip hop by intelligently rapping from the perspectives of video game characters. This unique perspective has gained the attention and support from the fighting game community (fgc) and legendary video game company Capcom, (Resident Evil, Megaman, Street Fighter) who recognized him in their official Street Fighter 25th Year Anniversary documentary. He has shared the stage with and opened for both Jay Electronica and Big Sean.
